Pineapple bromelain (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr., stem) 500mg, capsule shell (glazing agent: edible gelatin), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, swallowed with water.
