Directions for use and Dosage
1 capsule per day, swallowed with a glass of water, preferably in the morning at breakfast.
Minimum recommended duration of treatment: 3 months.
For long-lasting effectiveness, a 6-month treatment cycle is recommended.

For adults only. Not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, including regular consumption of fruits and vegetables to maintain carotenoid levels. Patients taking cholesterol-lowering drugs should consume the product only under medical supervision. Consumption of more than 3 grams of added plant sterols/stanols per day should be avoided. The product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels.
