When will my order arrive?
From Monday to Friday, orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day and handed over to the courier the next business day. A Tracking Number (or Traceability Code) will be generated between 8:00 PM and 2:00 AM on the day the package is handed over to the courier. You can view it by clicking the button in the email we'll send you with the subject "Order Tracking and Tax Documents." Clicking the "Order Tracking and Tax Documents" button will take you to a summary page where you can find the status of your order. Click the button under "Tracking Number" to find out where your order is and view the shipping details on the courier's website. Which products am I entitled to a warranty for?
All electrical or electromedical products are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty (in the forms and methods provided therein) and by the 24-month warranty for defects in conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002. Can I have the invoice for tax deduction?
To receive an invoice for tax deduction purposes, when completing your order, you must check the "I need an invoice" box and correctly enter the tax code of the person requesting the tax deduction. Between 8:00 PM and 2:00 AM on the day your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the subject "Order Tracking and Tax Documents." By clicking the "Order Tracking and Tax Documents" button in the email, you will be taken to a summary page where you can check the progress of your order and download the tax documents.
How can I know if an out of stock product will be available again?
In the product sheet you are interested in, click on the button "Notify me when the product becomes available again". We will send you an email to the address you enter, as soon as you can purchase the product.
Why did a product change price?
Once a product is sold out, we may purchase it at a slightly higher list price to ensure continued availability. What you see advertised is always the lowest-priced product available.
