Payment Methods

Klarna gives you the option of receiving your order now and paying for it later, also by splitting the amount into convenient, interest-free instalments. If you choose Klarna as your payment method, you will be directed to the service login page or to the Klarna app. Currently, you can pay in three different ways:

- "Pay in 3 instalments", in which you can spread the cost of your purchase into 3 interest-free instalments. Through this method, you can make payments from € 35 to € 1500. Attraverso questo metodo è possibile effettuare pagamenti da 35 a 1500 €.

- "Pay after 30 days", in which the amount is charged up to 30 days after order confirmation. Through this method you can make payments of up to € 500.

- "Pay now", in which the amount is debited in the typical card payment manner. Through this method you can make payments of up to 4000 €.

If you cancel your order, the payment due will be cancelled and the related amount will return to the card linked to your account, according to the terms and timing set by Klarna. In case of partial return, you will only have to pay for the items you decide to keep. Please note that the availability of payment options is subject to approval.

In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, at checkout we may transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you are eligible for their payment methods and tailor these payment methods to your needs. Your personal data transferred are processed in line with Klarna's Privacy Policy.

If you are paying for an order you have placed, using a credit card, at the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference bank will authorize the funds you have paid for your purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and PostePay credit cards. In the event of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and by FARMACOSMO, we will simultaneously require the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the funds. Cancellation of the order is possible until our warehouses are not processing it. You can constantly track your order status in the ‘Order Status’ Reserved Area and you cannot delete it if the status ‘Shipped’ appears. Release times of the funds for certain types of credit cards depend solely on the reference bank and may reach their natural expiry date (24th day from the date of authorization). After the cancellation of the transaction has been required, under no circumstances, FARMACOSMO may be held liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by delay in the release of the funds by the reference bank.

In Farmacosmo you can place your order using Satispay as a payment method. After adding the products to the basket and clicking on "Checkout", you can pay your order in the smartest way with Satispay.

FARMACOSMO DOES NOT APPLY ANY FEES TO THIS TRANSACTION

If you are paying for an order you have placed, using a PayPal Account, you will be redirected to PayPal secure gateway, which allows you to make payments using the main credit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PostePay and other Prepaid Cards).

By choosing this method of payment, it is essential that the shipping address the Customer registered in the site account is the same as that of the PayPal account. If it is not so, the order will be cancelled and the payment refused.

If you are paying for an order you have placed by bank transfer, you will receive the bank details to make the payment in the order-summary email. The order, in this case, will be processed as soon as FARMACOSMO receives the payment on its bank account; you will then be informed of the successful payment in an email in which the status of the order will change to ‘processing order’.

This payment method is available only in Italy. If you are paying for an order you have placed by cash on delivery, you will pay directly the Carrier by cash. This payment method includes a commission for the Carrier, with a minimum charge of € 4.99, and/or a percentage based on the amount to be paid.

For amounts exceeding € 2,000, according to the anti-money laundering rules, a cheque payable to the Carrier is required. For cash payments, indeed, in order to make delivery faster, we recommend that you prepare the exact amount to be paid to the delivery person, as he is often unable to give any change.
