Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 2 ml - corresponding to approximately 40 drops - diluted in a glass of water. Preferably take away from meals.
Shake well before use.
When combined with Give Me Detox, dilute 2 ml of each product - for a total of 80 drops - in the same glass or in a water bottle.
Or take them at different times of the day: one supplement in the morning and one in the afternoon.
