Indications

Methionine and Biotin Retard Hair is a dietary supplement of Methionine, Vitamins and Minerals with prolonged release (retard action). Methionine is part of the structure of keratin, the fundamental substance of hair and nails. Biotin, together with Zinc, contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. Copper contributes to normal hair pigmentation. Vitamins enrich the formulation.

Ingredients

L-Methionine; bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; Zinc Gluconate; stabilizers: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, talc, calcium carbonate; Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); Pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium); Copper sulfate; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); Folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); Biotin (D-biotin); coloring: copper complexes of chlorophyllins.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning with a glass of water.
