Indications

Water for the preparation of injectable preparations.

Composition

Active ingredients: Sterile and pyrogen-free water for injections.
Excipients: Water for injections must not contain antimicrobial agents or other additives.

Directions for use and Dosage

Use for extemporaneous solutions, dilutions or suspensions of injectable medicinal products or other sterile preparations. Choose the volume to be used based on the dilution needs of the injectable preparation.

Warnings

Use immediately after opening the container. The solution must be clear, colourless and free from visible particles. Any residue cannot be used. Continuous administration may cause fluid overload, congestive heart failure, and reduced electrolyte concentration; continuous administration without the addition of potassium may cause hypokalemia.
