Product Description

Dicoflor elle med are vaginal capsules for the treatment of vaginosis and vaginitis.

Indications

Based on polyacrylic acid, indicated in case of alterations in the microflora of the vaginal tract to restore its balance, especially in particular conditions (menstrual cycle, pregnancy, menopause, antibiotic therapies and hormonal contraception).
Dicoflor elle med promotes the reduction of the symptoms of vaginal infections, caused by bacteria (Gardnerella vaginalis, etc.) and yeasts (Candida spp.), and vaginal atrophy.
Useful:

• - for maintaining the pH within the physiological range;
• - as a barrier against vaginal pathogens;
• - to help reduce the symptoms of vaginal infections and vaginal atrophy (burning, itching, bad odor, discharge, pelvic pain, dyspareunia, vaginal dryness, etc.).

Directions for use

1 capsule per day for 7 consecutive days; continue with 1 capsule every 3 days for the next 3 weeks. Apply the capsule deeply into the vagina, in a supine position, in the evening before bed. In case of vaginal dryness, it is recommended to moisten the capsule with warm water before applying it to the vagina.

Components

Fructooligosaccharides, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide, probiotics (Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1 and Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14)*, microcrystalline cellulose, talc, polyacrylic acid, silicon dioxide.
*Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1 (ATCC 55826) and Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14 (ATCC 55845): exclusive license from CHR Hansen. The mixture contains milk derivatives.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended dose. For vaginal use only, do not swallow and avoid contact with eyes. Do not use in case of vaginal lesions or ulcers. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after use. Consult your doctor before use during pregnancy. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. If you experience any adverse reactions, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use if the capsule or packaging is damaged. Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the packaging. Keep out of reach of children.
