- Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
- Copper and Polygonum cuspidatum are useful for the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Vitamin D contributes to the absorption and use of Calcium and Phosphorus.

Ingredients
Calcium carbonate, magnesium citrate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, Polygonum (Polygonum cuspidatum Siebold & Zucc.) root dry extract titrated at 50% resveratrol, manganese gluconate, zinc oxide, copper gluconate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) titrated at 0.25%, folate (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Directions for use and Dosage
Swallow 4 tablets a day with a glass of water, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, preferably before main meals.
