Ingredients
Dioscorea (Dioscorea villosa L.) rhizome dry extract tit. 20% diosgenin on maltodextrin, Angelica (Angelica sinensis Diels.) root dry extract tit. 1% ferulic acid on maltodextrin, Kudzu (Pueraria lobata Owhi.) root dry extract tit. 40% isoflavones on maltodextrin, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule, Verbena (Verbena officinalis L.) leaves and flowers dry extract 1:4 on maltodextrin, Red clover (Trifolium pratense L.) flowers dry extract tit. 8% isoflavones on maltodextrin, Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, talc.
Directions for use and dosage
In premenopause - Pausanorm Forte can also be taken by women approaching menopause. It is particularly indicated when the discomfort is very intense. The important thing is to stop taking it if and when your period returns. We recommend starting with 1 capsule per day and possibly increasing to 2 capsules if the discomfort persists. If you take a single capsule, you can choose whether to take it mid-morning or mid-afternoon. If you take two capsules, we recommend taking one capsule mid-morning and one capsule mid-afternoon. Both away from meals.
During Menopause - Take 2 capsules a day (1 capsule mid-morning and 1 capsule mid-afternoon) of Pausanorm Forte with water, preferably away from meals. The benefits of Pausanorm Forte can be felt even after a few days/weeks; in any case, we recommend a 3-month treatment cycle. At the end of each month, suspend treatment for 5 days; after the first 3 months, suspend treatment for 15 days. At this point, you can move on to the maintenance phase, with 1 capsule a day for another 3 months, always taking 5-day breaks at the end of each month.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
