Ellen is a food supplement based on phytoextracts and nutrients specifically for the well-being of women in menopause. It contains a combination of natural substances with a synergistic action on the main symptoms typical of the climacteric period. In particular:

- Black Cohosh, commonly known as "women's herb", is a herbal remedy known since the early 1800s for its beneficial effects on menopausal symptoms.
- Ginger (Dry extract titrated at 5% gingerols)
- Hyaluronic Acid in a collagen matrix (BioCell Collagen - Hydrolyzed Collagen)
- Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis and the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system.

Directions for use and dosage
