Indications
Zzzquil Sleep+ Anti-Stress is a food supplement.
With ashwagandha, it improves the body's resistance to stress and helps the body manage stress.
With melatonin, it helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed.
With vitamin B6, it contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
With magnesium, it contributes to normal psychological and muscle function.
