Indications

Pierpaoli Melatonin Zinc-Selenium was developed with the aim of obtaining a peak release of Melatonin during the night which helps restore the nocturnal melatonin peak.

• Zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the normal function of the immune system.
• Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
• Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep, consequently helping to alleviate the effects of jet lag.

Composition

Melatonin, Zinc gluconate, Selenium and Mannitol.

Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening half an hour before bedtime, and preferably between 10:00 pm and midnight.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
