Indications

Triptorem Donna is a specific formulation capable of alleviating the typical symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.
The reduction in the production of female hormones (estrogen and progesterone) causes discomforts such as hot flashes, sweating, headache, palpitations, often accompanied by anxiety-depressive syndrome, mood changes, insomnia, irritability. The pink capsule (day) contains phytoestrogens, particularly useful in the climacteric and menopause to compensate for the hormonal deficiencies that occur in this phase of life and to reduce the associated disorders. The blue capsule (night) contains L-Tryptophan, which promotes the endogenous synthesis of serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood, and Melatonin, a chemical mediator that regulates sleep-wake rhythms and sleep quality. Take 1 mg shortly before bedtime.

Ingredients

Each pink capsule (day) contains:Active ingredient: Soy dry extract titrated at 40% in isoflavones, of which 80mg genistein; Black Cohosh dry extract titrated at 2.5% in triterpene glucosides 50mg. Excipients: Tribasic calcium phosphate; Magnesium stearate; Micronized silica; Microcrystalline cellulose.
Each blue capsule (night) contains: Active ingredient: L-Tryptophan 350mg; Melatonin 1mg; Magnesium 56.3mg; Vitamin PP (Niacin) 27mg.
Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose; Magnesium oxide. Anti-caking agent: Magnesium stearate, Micronized silica; Polyvinylpyrrolidone.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking 1 pink capsule in the morning with a glass of water and 1 blue capsule in the evening, 30 minutes before bed, with a glass of water.
