Indications

Useful for combating both physical and psychological premenstrual disorders, such as breast enlargement or pain, water retention, irritability, abdominal swelling, bleeding, intestinal spasms, headaches.

Dosage and Directions for Use

One tablet one or more times a day as needed.
For prophylaxis: 1 tablet per day for at least 4-6 weeks. You can choose to swallow the tablet whole, or dissolve it under the tongue for faster absorption, or dissolve it in half a glass of water.

Warnings

It may occasionally cause mouth ulcers or gastric disturbances. Interactions are possible with other substances with anti-inflammatory and antiplatelet activity, with possible additive effects. Feverfew is contraindicated in individuals allergic to other plants belonging to the Asteraceae family, such as chamomile or yarrow. It is contraindicated in cases of severe coagulation disorders, pregnancy, and breastfeeding.
