Food supplement based on valerian dry extract useful in stages of mild and temporary nervous tension and temporary difficulty falling asleep.
      Valerian root dry extract
Enhances GABA-ergic transmission: stimulates GABA synthesis; inhibits GABA reuptake and catabolism; promotes the binding of GABA to its receptor.
Reduces the number of nighttime awakenings. Reduces sleep latency time. Increases total sleep time. Does not alter the REM phase of sleep. Improves sleep quality.
Product suitable for diabetics.

Ingredients
Valerian root dry extract; vanilla; sorbitol.

Directions for use
To promote calm, 2 ml in the morning and 2 ml in the evening, in 1/2 glass of water.
To promote sleep, 4 ml in the evening, in 1/2 glass of water.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
