Indications
Useful for providing a supplementary quota of the nutrients contained, in the presence of nutritional deficiencies or increased organic needs, which may occur in particular conditions such as during menopause.

Dosage and method of use
It is recommended to take one tablet a day to be swallowed with a large glass of water, after the main meal.

Characteristics
Based on soy isoflavones, calcium, Vitamin E, Vitamin D.

Properties
- Soy isoflavones (genistein): reduce the intensity and frequency of hot flashes, promoting the elasticity of the nervous system and performing a beneficial action capable of counteracting Osteoporosis, which is common during menopause.
- Calcium: A basic building block of bone tissue.
- Vitamin E: An antioxidant, it protects cell membrane lipids and LDL (low-density lipoproteins), the main targets of free radicals. It is useful in preventing arteriosclerosis, essential for proper muscle function, improves the immune system, and is necessary for the proper functioning of the reproductive system.
- Vitamin D3: Regulates calcium absorption. During menopause, the drop in estrogen reduces the assimilation of the vitamin.
