Directions for use
Take 1 tablet morning and evening, preferably before main meals, with a glass of water.
A treatment duration of at least three months is recommended, to be repeated cyclically throughout the year.
Important: PMS 50 must be taken regularly (even during menstruation).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
