- Morning: soy isoflavones + selenium.
- Night: soy isoflavones + magnesium.

Ingredients
Per daily tablet (yellow tablet):
Soy extract 56% (isoflavones 37.5 mg); selenium-rich brewer's yeast 3.7%; modified starch; glazing agents (methylhydroxypropylcellulose; cellulose; acetylated mono- and diglycerides); stearic acid; anti-caking agents (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium stearate, colloidal silica); food colors (E171, E172).
Per night tablet (blue tablet):
Soy extract 56% (isoflavones 37.5 mg); heavy magnesium oxide 7.5%; modified starch; glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; cellulose; acetylated mono- and diglycerides); stearic acid; anti-caking agents (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium stearate, colloidal silica); food colors (E171, E132).

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet in the morning,
and 1 tablet in the evening.

Warnings
Do not take during pregnancy.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Store in a dry, cool place.
