Evening evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera biennis); edible gelatin; magnesium oxide; firming agent: glycerol; Ascorbic acid (vitamin C); black cohosh rhizome dry extract (Cimicifiga racemosa); valerian root dry extract (Valeriana officinalis) on maltodextrin; lime flower dry extract (Tilia tomentosa) on maltodextrin; L-phenylalanine; L-tryptophan; thickener: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; copper on yeast; emulsifier: soy lecithin; vitamin E in sunflower oil; baking powder; coloring: E172; sage essential oil.

Directions for use

Initial dose: In the first month, a double dose may be necessary, therefore it is recommended to take one capsule twice a day, preferably morning and evening.

Maintenance dose: one capsule per day. For greater psychological well-being, take the product before going to bed. Swallow the capsule with any beverage.
