Indications
Food supplement based on lemon balm, chamomile, L-tryptophan and melatonin. Chamomile promotes relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Lemon balm stimulates normal mood.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaf) dry extract tit. 0.8% rosmarinic acid, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L., flowers) dry extract tit. 0.3% apigenin, L-tryptophan; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.
Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.
