Selmar is a food supplement based on turmeric, coenzyme Q10, black pepper, and selenium.

Selenium contributes to normal thyroid function and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Coenzyme Q10 has an antioxidant effect. Black pepper promotes digestive function and regularity of intestinal transit.

Ingredients

E.g. turmeric (Curcuma longa L-rhizoma), coenzyme Q10, black pepper e.g. tit. 95% piperine (Piper nigrum L.-fructus); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; selenium (L-selenomethionine); coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Without gluten and lactose.

Directions for use and dosage

We recommend taking 1 capsule per day, swallowed with water.
