Indications
Puellae is a food supplement useful for managing pain from dysmenorrhea and for reducing the physical and emotional symptoms of premenstrual syndrome: mastalgia, mastodynia, swelling, mood swings, tiredness and irritability.
Puellae combines a unique blend of vitamins and minerals with well-tested natural extracts that prepare the body to slow down the mechanisms underlying the discomforts typical of the menstrual period and the days preceding it.
Active ingredients
- Chasteberry promotes the correct restoration of prolactin levels, an excess of which is associated with breast tenderness;
- Borage oil is a rich source of gamma-linolenic acid, an endogenous molecule with strong anti-inflammatory properties, such as to act directly against leukotrienes and prostaglandins, which are responsible for the symptoms of dysmenorrhea and premenstrual syndrome;
- Magnesium, Vitamin B6 and other oligo-nutrients support the nervous system and fight tiredness and fatigue.

Sunflower oil, magnesium oxide, gelatin, borage oil tit. 18% in gamma-linolenic acid; firming agent: glycerol; chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit dry extract tit. 0.5% in agnoside, cyanocobalamin, ferrous fumarate; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; thickener: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; zinc oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, manganese gluconate, copper bisglycinate; colors: E172, E 100, E 141(ii); cholecalciferol, pteroylmonoglutamic acid.
