Propausa is a food supplement based on plant extracts and magnesium.

Magnesium oxide, Clover herb dry extract (Trifolium pratense L.) titrated 40% Isoflavones, Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; Hawthorn flowers and leaves dry extract (Crataegus oxyacanthaMedicus) titrated 1% Vitexin, Griffonia seeds dry extract (Griffonia simplicifolia DC.) titrated 20% 5-Hydroxytryptophan, Black cohosh rhizome dry extract (Cimicifuga racemosa Nutt.) titrated 2.5% Triterpene glycosides, Anti-caking agents: Silicon dioxide, Magnesium salts of fatty acids; Sage essential oil (Salvia officinalis L.).

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day, swallowed with a large glass of water.
