Ingredients
Red Clover dry extract 200.00 mg. Equal to total isoflavones (Genistein, Daidzein Biochanin A, Formononetin) 40.00 mg. Excipients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, silica, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, red iron oxide, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, acacia gum, antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract; Partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, carnauba wax.

Directions for use and Dosage
1 tablet per day is sufficient for most women to manage menopause symptoms naturally, however 2 tablets per day can be taken in case of severe symptoms. To help relieve daytime symptoms, take at breakfast. If nighttime symptoms are worse, take during the evening meal. To optimize absorption, it is recommended to take it away from medications.
