Indications

Phytoyam is a supplement indicated for premenstrual syndrome, for pelvic pain of utero-ovarian origin.
A useful ally in pre- and menopause.

Extracted from the medicinal plant Yam or Mexican Dioscorrea.
It is non-toxic, well tolerated and has no side effects.

Directions for use and Dosage

If menstruating: 1 capsule 3 times a day, from the 12th to the 24th day of the cycle.
If amenorrhea: 1 capsule 3 times a day for 22 days a month with 8-day intervals.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
