Biphasic food supplement for women in menopause.

Indications

Opclym is a supplement based on Opuntia pala, Opuntia fruit, lycopene, flaxseed, vitamins E, B12, K2, D3, folic acid, calcium, and melatonin.
It consists of two different formulations, with different active ingredients, to be taken at two different times within 24 hours:

• the capsules should be taken half an hour before lunch. Their formulation helps maintain proper body weight balance and modulate and/or limit the absorption of certain nutrients (weight reduction-modulation of glyco-lipid metabolism);
• the tablets should be taken in the evening before bed. Their formulation promotes the correction of lipid metabolism disorders, the reduction of hot flashes, regulates sleep and irritability, and helps provide nutritional elements to counteract altered bone metabolism.

Ingredients

Capsules: prickly pear (Opuntia ficus-indica M., cladodium) dry extract 1:4; sliding agent: magnesium stearate; filling agent: maltodextrin. Food gelatin capsules, coloring E171.

Tablets: tribasic calcium phosphate; prickly pear (Opuntia ficus-indica M. Fructus) dry extract 1:4; glazing agents: maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose; flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum L., fructus) dry extract 40% in SDG (secoisolariciresinol diglucoside 9); lycopene (from Solanum lycopersicum L. Fructus) dry extract 10%; sliding agent: magnesium stearate; vitamin E acetate (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); vitamin D3; vitamin K2; melatonin; folic acid; vitamin B12.

Directions for use and dosage

It is recommended to take 1 capsule every day, preferably half an hour before lunch (swallow with water without opening or chewing the capsule) and 1 tablet, preferably in the evening before bed (swallow with water without breaking or chewing the tablet).

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet; They should be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
