Tit. 0.5% Agnuside, Black Cohosh Root and Rhizome Sec. Extract (Cimicifuga Racemosa (L.) Nutt.) Tit. 5% Total Saponins, Anti-caking Agents: Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets a day, swallowed with a large glass of water.
