Indications

Miledix is a food supplement based on magnesium, L-tryptophan (serotonin precursor), titrated and standardized dry extracts of polygonum cuspidatum and crocus sativus (saffron).

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and psychological function.
Saffron contributes to normal mood and combats menstrual cycle disorders.
Polygonum cuspidatum contributes to the regularity of the menstrual cycle.
It can be used as a supplement. Can be taken by vegetarians and vegans.

Composition

Magnesium (from magnesium bisglycinate), L-tryptophan, dry extract of crocussativus (saffron), Affron, resveratrol (from polygonum cuspidatum).

Gluten-free.

Lactose-free.

Directions for use and dosage

It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sachets of Miledix per day, dispersing them in a glass of still water (about 150 ml) at room temperature.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
