Menolistica is a food supplement rich in diosgenins and Omega 3 EPA/DHA fatty acids that contributes to nutritional support in the pre- and post-menopausal period to combat disorders. Without soy isoflavones.

Borage oil, Dioscorea, Fucus, Sea lettuce.
Ingredients
Cold-pressed odorless borage oil (Borago officinalis) seed oil (titrated at 22% in gamma-linolenic acid), wild fish gelatin, Dioscorea (Dioscorea opposita) fruit dry extract. (titrated in diosgenin at 16%), sunflower oil, stabilizer: glycerin, dried bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) thallus, wild fish oil (titrated 18% EPA - 12% DHA), dried sea lettuce leaf powder (Ulva lactuca), olive oil, Thickener: beeswax, natural vitamin E extracted from wheat germ.
Directions for use and Dosage
1 to 3 capsules daily during meals. 3-week periods of use alternating with 1 week of rest are recommended.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
