Indications

Ino D3 Plus is a food supplement based on inositol, folic acid, and vitamin D3.
Inositol is a nutrient with multiple properties, considered an active nutritional factor, capable of exerting multiple biological effects. In nature, it is present in animal and plant tissues: in soy, untreated whole grains, citrus fruits, brewer's yeast, raw unrefined molasses, meat in general, and especially in the liver. Inositol is found in almost all cells in the body as it is an essential component of the phospholipids that make up cell membranes. It is initially incorporated into cell membranes as phosphatidylmyo-inositol, a precursor of inositol triphosphate, which functions as a second messenger and controls the regulation of the activity of certain hormones, including FSH, TSH, and insulin. In nature, there are nine different stereoisomers of inositol: the most important and widespread is myo-inositol, from which its isomer D-chiro-inositol is derived through the action of the enzyme epimerase. Both molecules are capable of exerting an insulin-sensitizing effect, resulting in a reduction in circulating insulin levels.
