Indications
Gynex is a double-dose food supplement designed to physiologically alleviate the most bothersome symptoms of menopause at various times of the day.
It acts on the main symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes, irritability, mood swings, abdominal tension and swelling, profuse sweating, palpitations and sleep disturbances.
Active ingredients
GYNEX is made up of a mix of components chosen to physiologically alleviate the most bothersome symptoms of menopause.
In particular, Red Clover, Sage, Black Cohosh and Dioscorea can be useful in counteracting menopausal disorders. Black Cohosh and Dioscorea also promote normal joint function.
Hawthorn and Fennel promote the drainage of body fluids.
Hawthorn regulates cardiovascular function and together with Passionflower and Lemon Balm promote relaxation, mental well-being and normal mood.
Fennel, Anise and Hops are useful for promoting intestinal transit motility and counteracting excessive gas formation, reducing bloating and abdominal tension.
Coenzyme Q10 together with Lemon Balm and Hawthorn perform an antioxidant action for the whole body. Finally, GYNEX contains a dosage of Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) equal to the entire daily requirement, contributing to normal calcium metabolism and the normal functioning of muscles and bones.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 tablet, day, in the morning after breakfast and 1 tablet, night, in the evening shortly before going to bed, to be swallowed with a large glass of water. The day and night tablets are indicated on the back of the blister.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not administer in case of individual hypersensitivity to the components. Do not use during pregnancy or on children under 12 years of age.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
