Flavia Act is A food supplement combining soy extract, hops extract, fenugreek, saffron, melatonin, and vitamins (folic acid, vitamin D3, vitamins B6, and B12), useful for providing a supplemental amount of the nutrients it contains in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased needs.

Mode Directions for Use and Dosage
One tablet per day, with a glass of water, half an hour or one hour before bedtime.
