Indications
Menopause is a physiological moment in a woman's life in which a decrease in the amount of estrogen in the blood occurs. The decrease in estrogen can cause certain disorders and symptoms, including changes in blood pressure, sleep disturbances, anxiety, and nervousness. The most important consequences of the drop in estrogen are an increase in cardiovascular risk and osteoarticular diseases, in particular the increased incidence of osteoporosis.
The Esselady formula contains specific substances such as black cohosh and vitamins C and E, capable of counteracting menopausal symptoms.

Directions for use
We recommend one capsule per day, preferably in the evening before bed, with a little water.
