Indications
Endochir is a food supplement based on D-chiro Inositol, plant extracts of ashwagandha, chasteberry, and fenugreek, with vitamins B6 and B12, and folic acid.
Chasteberry contributes to the regularity of the menstrual cycle. Ashwagandha contributes to relaxation and mental well-being. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Folate contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism and is involved in the process of cell division. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal psychological function.Contains sweetener.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: maltodextrin; D-chiro-inositol, fenugreek dry extract (Trigonella foenum graecum L. - seed), chaste tree dry extract tit. 0.5% agnoside (Vitex agnus-castus L.-fructus), ashwagandha dry extract titrated 1.5% whitenolides [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal-radix], flavoring; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Free from gluten and lactose.

Directions for Use and Dosage
We recommend taking one sachet per day, dissolved in a glass of water. It is advisable to pour the powder first and then add water to ensure better solubility of the product.
