Indications
Elyanna is a food supplement based on myo-inositol, diosgenin, vitamin D, and alpha-lactalbumin, with sweeteners.
It is useful for providing a supplemental amount of the nutrients it contains in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased needs. Diosgenin counteracts menstrual cycle disorders.
Ingredients
Myo-inositol; sweeteners: erythritol, sucralose; Dioscorea (Dioscorea villosa L.) rhizome dry extract tit. at 20% in diosgenin, flavourings, alpha-lactalbumin; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, talc; Vitamin D (cholecalciferol).
Contains milk proteins (from alpha-lactalbumin).

Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take two stick packs per day away from meals, to be dissolved directly in the mouth or by dissolving the contents in a glass of water, stirring good.
