Indications
DynamicaMag Donna PMS is a supplement in single-dose sachets based on magnesium, vitamin B6 and 4 plant extracts selected and dosed specifically to meet the needs of women during the premenstrual phase and to help combat the most common disorders: chasteberry and black cohosh help combat disorders of the premenstrual phase and during the days of the cycle, vitamin B6 promotes the regulation of hormonal activity, Griffonia promotes control of the feeling of hunger and Burdock promotes the drainage of body fluids.

Maltodextrin, biphasic magnesium [magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, beetroot fiber (Beta vulgaris L.); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; stabilizer: acacia gum], chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit extract, black cohosh (Actaea racemosa L.) root extract, Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seed extract; acidity regulator: citric acid; flavoring, burdock (Arctium lappa L.) root extract; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

How to use and Dosage
It is recommended to take one sachet per day in the week before your menstrual cycle, preferably in the morning; it is recommended to take two sachets per day during your period. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (about 200 ml). Stir well before drinking. Any undissolved powder left in the glass can be swallowed by adding a little water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Consult your doctor for advice on use and duration of use.
However, do not use in case of liver dysfunction or disease.
Storage
