Food supplement useful for counteracting menstrual cycle discomforts
Indications
Donna life menstrual cycle is a food supplement based on titrated plant extracts of feverfew, angelica, lemon balm and chaste tree, with magnesium and vitamin B6.
Feverfew, angelica and chaste tree help counteract menstrual cycle disorders. Angelica also promotes blood circulation. Feverfew intolerant counteracts localized states of tension.
Lemon balm promotes relaxation, mental well-being and normal mood tone and has antioxidant action.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Composition
Magnesium bisglycinate; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose and dicalcium phosphate; corn starch, angelica (Angelica sinensis Oliv. Diels) root dry extract tit. 1% ligustilide, feverfew (Tanacethum partenium L.Sch. Bip.) herb with flowers dry extract tit. 0.5% parthenolide, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf dry extract tit. 7% dermal hydroxycinnamic acids such as rosmarinic acid, chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit dry extract tit. 0.5% agnuside; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids and microcrystalline cellulose; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

How to use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets a day, with plenty of water, preferably in the morning after breakfast.
It is recommended to take the product starting 7 days before the period and for the 3 days after.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
