CRL Femme is a food supplement based on pollen extract, black cohosh, muira puama, melatonin, magnesium and vitamin D useful for combating menopausal symptoms.
Black cohosh is able to combat menopausal symptoms.
Muira puama is able to combat physical and mental fatigue.
Melatonin contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep and the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Magnesium and Vitamin D can contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and promote calcium absorption.

Ingredients

Pollen dry extract; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Muira puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides Benth.) bark e.g.; Magnesium oxide heavy E 530; Lactobacillus acidophilus 100 MLD /g LA3; Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa L. (syn. Cimicifuga racemosa (L.) Nutt.) root dry extract titrated at 2.5% in triterpene glycosides, cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3); Anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate; Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide; melatonin. Contains milk products.

Directions for use
