Clositol G75 is a food supplement based on Myo-inositol with Gymnema sylvestre, Vitamin C and E which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and Folic Acid, which contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism.
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a very common endocrine-metabolic disorder in women of reproductive age. This syndrome, characterized by hyperandrogenism and oligo-anovulation and in which insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia appear to play a significant pathogenic role, can induce a condition of infertility. In recent years, several studies have demonstrated a close correlation between Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, oxidative stress and hyperhomocysteinemia, the latter also responsible for states of subfertility.
Clositol G75 contains Myo-inositol, whose effectiveness in counteracting metabolic alterations in women with PCOS is widely documented, and Gymnema sylvestre, which helps reduce the bioavailability of sugars and their absorption, performing a synergistic action with Myo-inositol.
It also contains calcium L-methylfolinate, a physiological molecule of a vitamin nature (biologically active form of the provitamin folic acid) that is readily absorbed in the digestive tract and distributed as such in all tissues, without undergoing the biotransformation processes essential to convert folic acid into the active form. Therefore, even in the presence of alterations in folate metabolism, which are very frequent in the general population, calcium L-methylfolinate is able to intervene in a series of important reactions from a biochemical-metabolic point of view.

How to use
Take one sachet a day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (approximately 150 ml), stirring well, and consume the resulting suspension. The presence of the titrated Gymnema Sylvestre extract gives the suspended powder a yellow-to-green color and a light aftertaste typical of this plant-based ingredient; these characteristics do not indicate an alteration in the quality of the product.
