Sanjappa & Pradeep], choline bitartrate; thickener: corn starch; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; synthetic vitamin K (menaquinone-7); stabilizer: hydroxypropylcellulose, sucrose esters of fatty acids; e.g. chaste tree fruits (Vitex agnus-castus L.)., vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Directions for use and dosage
One tablet per day, swallowed with a glass of water after one of the main meals.
