Indications
Bellen is a dietary supplement in capsules based on plant extracts of five medicinal plants: Gotu Kola, Horse Chestnut, Capsicum, Artichoke, and Garcinia Cambogia. Each of these plants has a very precise and specific function in order to help and improve the physiological cleansing of our body.
Gotu Kola, whose leaves were used, combats the unsightly appearance of cellulite and stimulates the functionality of the microcirculation, thus acting, for example, on heavy legs caused by standing for a long time and by swelling and fluid retention. Horse chestnut, of which the bark was used, is useful for regulating intestinal transit as it stimulates the digestive system. Capsicum, extracted from the fruit, whose common name is chili pepper, stimulates the metabolism and above all is an antioxidant par excellence; its antioxidant activity, in Bellen, was evaluated using the ORAC test. Another important ingredient is Artichoke titrated in caffeic acids. The artichoke, of which the leaves were used, acts on all the body's purifying functions. Finally, there is Garcinia Cambogia titrated in hydroxycitric acid.
The ORAC test is an increasingly used method for evaluating the antioxidant action of foods and supplements. Bellen provides approximately 240 ORAC units per gram of product, or one-tenth of the daily requirement. The antioxidant activity of the extract used in this supplement is twice that of the dehydrated fruit and twenty times that of the fresh fruit (ref. CyTA-Journal of Food).

Capsule content: bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate; gotu kola (Centella asiatica L.) leaves dry extract tit. at 20% in total terpenes as asiaticoside (gotu kola, maltodextrin), horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum L.) bark dry extract tit. at 15% in total triterpene glycosides as escin (horse chestnut, maltodextrin), capsicum (Capsicum annuum L.) fruit powder, artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) leaves dry extract tit. 7% caffeoylquinic acids as chlorogenic acid (artichoke, maltodextrin), garcinia (Garcinia cambogia Desr.) fruit extract tit. 60% hydroxycitric acid (garcinia, maltodextrin); anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, talc, silicon dioxide.
Outer casing: gelatin; coloring: titanium dioxide.

Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules a day during meals.
