Angelis Notte e Dì is a supplement based on plant extracts.
Soy, Black Cohosh, Red Clover, Chaste Tree, Angelica, Griffonia, Lemon Balm, Hops, Whitania, Horehound, and Passionflower counteract menopausal disorders, promote relaxation and mental well-being, and regulate normal mood.
They have a beneficial effect on the sweating process.
Having a tonic-adaptogenic action, they are useful in cases of physical and mental fatigue.
Magnesium, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin D3 are useful sources for normal psychological function, regular hormonal activity and the maintenance of normal bones.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the morning (Dì Phase) and 1 tablet in the evening (Night Phase), away from meals.

The daily intake of isoflavones should not exceed 80 mg/day.
