Chaste tree (vitex agnus-castus l.) fruit dry extract titrated at 2.5% in agnusides; external coating: vegetable capsule in hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa L. nutt.) rhizome dry extract titrated at 2.5% in triterpenglycosides, green tea (Camellia sinensis L. kuntze) leaf dry extract titrated at 98% in polyphenols and 40% in epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), angelica sinensis (Angelica sinensis oliv. diels) root dry extract titrated at 1% in ligustilides, verbena (Verbena officinalis L.) aerial parts dry extract D/E 4:1, sage (Salvia officinalis L.) leaf dry extract D/E 4:1, dioscorea (Dioscorea opposita thunb) rhizome dry extract titrated at 20% in diosgenin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Directions for use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 capsules a day, preferably with meals.
