Isypan Stitichezza Microcismi is a medical device for rectal use, based on polyethylene glycol (Macrogol 4000) useful for facilitating evacuation in cases of constipation.

Macrogol 4000 is an inert polymer capable of exerting a laxative action thanks to its osmotic action which, by attracting water into the stool, helps make it softer and, at the same time, promotes evacuation, without irritating the mucosa. Isypan Stipation Microenemas is ideal for the treatment of constipation even in the presence of irritable colon and hemorrhoids.

Polyethylene glycol (Peg 400 and Peg 4000)

Excipients

Benzyl alcohol, dehydroacetic acid, water.

Directions for use and dosage

1 microenema as needed or as prescribed by your doctor.

1. Open the microenema by removing the lid from the cannula, curving it at the base;
2. Lubricate the cannula with a drop of Product;
3. Insert the cannula into the rectum and compress the microenema;
4. At the end of the application, remove the cannula, keeping it pointing downward, to prevent the product from being reabsorbed;
5. Discard the microenema after use.
