It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets in the evening, when necessary, with a large glass of water. The correct dosage is the minimum sufficient to promote intestinal transit without producing liquid stools, therefore it can be customized according to individual needs. The product is recommended for children aged 12 and over.
In general, to promote intestinal transit, it is recommended to drink throughout the day, consume the right amount of fiber, and exercise.
Do not use if you are hypersensitive or allergic to one or more components. Do not exceed the maximum recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. In case of persistent constipation, it is important to consult your doctor.
