Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets in the evening, when necessary, with a large glass of water.
The correct dosage is the minimum sufficient to promote physiological intestinal transit without producing liquid stools, and can therefore be customized according to individual needs.
In general, to promote intestinal transit, it is recommended to drink during the period of the day, consume the right amount of fiber and do physical activity.
