Suppositories for constipation
Glycerol 2250 mg are suppositories for the short-term treatment of occasional constipation.
One adult suppository contains:
Active ingredient: Glycerol 2250 mg.
Excipients: Sodium bicarbonate and sodium stearate, both used to give the physical properties required for Glycerol suppositories.
The correct dose is the minimum sufficient to produce easy evacuation.
It is advisable to initially use the minimum doses provided.
Adults and adolescents (12-18 years): 1 adult suppository as needed, for a maximum of 1 or 2 administrations per day.
