Indications

Dulcolax Suppositories for Adults is a bisacodyl-based laxative. Bisacodyl promotes peristalsis with consequent accumulation of water and electrolytes in the lumen of the colon, reducing stool transit time and promoting its elimination.
Peristalsis refers to the orderly and coordinated contraction of the smooth muscles in the intestine, capable of determining a wave-like movement that allows the substances contained within to proceed towards the rectum.
The local action of the suppositories takes place directly in the rectum, ensuring a rapid action of the product (10-30 minutes).
Indicated in cases of occasional constipation, the suppositories dissolve with body heat, acting locally.

How to use

Dulcolax Suppositories for adults can be taken at any time. The desired effect is usually achieved in about 20 minutes (the onset of the effect may vary in different individuals, however, within a time interval of between 10 and 30 minutes).

Warnings
