The Francesino by Agluten is a soft loaf thanks to the sourdough starter, a source of fiber, fragrant and scented.
Water, corn starch, rice flour, extra virgin olive oil 5%, sugar, dried sourdough starter 3% (rice flour, corn flour, quinoa flour, corn starch), thickeners: guar gum – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, yeast, iodized salt, lupin protein, psyllium fiber, acidity regulator: tartaric acid, flavoring.
